Helpsy.ai compared
Anyone shopping for a chatbot compares. These are the providers Helpsy is measured against most often — and above all, what they bill for. That is where most comparisons break down: the same figure means something different at every vendor.

We deliberately state no prices here. Tariffs change, and a stale figure would be a false statement about a competitor — their current terms are on their own page. The billing unit, by contrast, is the real difference, and it rarely changes.
How we compare
Comparative advertising is lawful only while it stays objective and verifiable. These four rules enforce that — they are built into the pages rather than left to good intentions.
Verifiable facts only
What a vendor bills for, as they describe it on their own pricing page. No ratings, no claims about quality.
No figures about others
We state no prices and no allowances for competitors. A figure that goes stale here would be a false statement — and the duty to keep it current never ends.
Units are never equated
Credits, conversations and messages are different things. Where the difference matters it is spelled out rather than buried in a table row.
Where the other one fits better
Every page has this section. It is mandatory, not politeness — without it this would be disparagement rather than comparison.
