How Chatling bills
Billed in: credits
Chatling bills in AI credits. By the vendor's own account each response consumes a varying number of credits depending on which of the selectable models is configured. The same allowance therefore buys very different numbers of answers, which is why this page does not equate credits with messages.
With Helpsy one visitor question counts as exactly one message — regardless of the model and regardless of how long the answer is. The bot's own replies are not counted at all.

The language models run on Azure OpenAI in the EU. Your data does not leave European jurisdiction.
GDPR compliant
The data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is included and available directly in your account.
Deleted after 90 days
Conversations are removed automatically after 90 days. There is nothing for you to clean up.
No training on your data
Your content and your customers' conversations are not used to train AI models.

Where Chatling may be the better fit
