Is the free plan really free?
Yes. 100 visitor questions a month, one chatbot, no credit card, no expiry date. Only your visitors' questions count — the bot's answers are free.
Isn't this just ChatGPT?
No. This bot answers from your content: your website, your FAQs, your documents and products. It doesn't chat about everything under the sun, it talks about your business.
Does this fit my line of work?
The bot learns from your content, not from an industry template. Clinic, workshop, restaurant or law firm — it answers what your website says. And it replies in practically any language, even if your site is in one.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the EU. Conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days, and your data is never used to train AI models.
How many chatbots are included?
One in every plan. If you look after several websites, paid plans let you add more — each additional active bot costs €9 a month.
What happens when my quota runs out?
Your visitors see a neutral message saying the bot is currently unavailable — nobody learns anything about your plan. If contact capture is on, the bot takes their details instead. You get an email in good time: at 80%, at 90% and when it is full.
Do I need a developer for this?
No. You get one line to copy that fits practically any website, whatever it was built with. Most site builders have a field for it in their settings; on a hand-built site the line goes at the end. And if someone else looks after your website, just send them the line — it is a two-minute job for them.
